We get it. Some days you just need a quick and easy activity that doesn’t take a ton of coordination for you OR your students. Here are 7 lessons based on YouTube videos that you can throw into the mix. You can use them for non-music sub plans, low-energy state test days, post-performance “fun” days, or whenever you need an easy time filler.

**These lessons and worksheets are most appropriate for grades 5-12, but please review the videos yourself before using them in class, so you can be sure they fall within your school and district guidelines.
