Standard lead time for replacement parts is 3 weeks processing 1 week shipping. Anything less than this may require expedited shipping which would result in higher shipping fees.
If the carrier is to be still there, be sure to note damage/shortage on the delivery receipt. NOTE: Even though the packaging is damaged, the product inside may be unharmed. Please unpackage and inspect all product for damage. If there is damage to the product, take photos reflecting the damage and provide a detailed list of replacement items needed by referring to the owner’s manual provided with the product as well as quantities needed to [email protected].
